🔧 TECHNICAL SUPPORT

 

Q: The app isn’t working right. What should I do?

A: Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall from Google Play.

 

Q: What devices can I use this on?

A: WisePilot AI is currently available for Android devices via Google Play.

 

Q: I can’t log in. What should I check?

A: Make sure your Google account is active and that your device has internet access. If problems continue, contact us at hello@wisepilotai.com.


 

💳 BILLING & PAYMENTS

 

Q: How does the subscription work?

A: New users get a 3-day free trial. After that, it’s $10 per month unless canceled.

 

Q: How am I charged?

A: Billing is handled through your Google Play account using your selected payment method.

 

Q: Can I update my payment method?

A: Yes. Open the Google Play Store > Tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods to update it.


 

❌ CANCELING & REFUNDS

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Go to Google Play Store > Tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then select WisePilot AI and tap "Cancel."

Q: Will I still have access after canceling?

A: Yes, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Refunds are managed by Google Play. Visit Google Play refund support for details
